Elizabeth Immaculate Baatyo is a dedicated Human Resource Management and Administration professional with over five years of progressive experience supporting human resource functions, administrative operations, procurement, logistics, and programme implementation within international development and non-governmental organisation environments in Uganda.
She has developed strong expertise in *human resource administration, employee records management, staff coordination, HR documentation, recruitment and onboarding support, policy and procedure compliance, and general administrative support*. Through her experience with *GIZ Uganda, AMREF Health Africa, and Jos. Hansen & Soehne GmbH*, she has contributed to effective people management and organisational service delivery while maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and accountability.
Elizabeth is experienced in maintaining accurate and confidential personnel records, supporting HR and administrative processes, coordinating staff-related documentation, assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring that organisational procedures are consistently followed. She also brings practical experience in procurement, invoice verification, payment documentation, logistics, and office coordination, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the operational systems that support effective human resource.
